Nimbus Independent at Rusutsu Resort

Professional skiers and filmmakers, Nimbus Independent came to Rusutsu Resort to film and experience our amazing powder snow. Their film and photography crew documented their time at the resort and we are pleased to present this exclusive look into what they discovered. The video features the extraordinary talents of Eric Pollard, Pep Fujas, Andy Mahre, and Chris Benchetler, as they show what the skiing at Rusutsu has to offer. 9:00 a.m. until end of night skiing (season open – 2/28 until 9:00 p.m., 3/1- 3/31 until 8:00 p.m.)

 

Freedom Park takes it to the next level! Open every night during night skiing sessions!

The home of freestyle skiing and snowboarding at Rusutsu is Freedom Park! This year the terrain park is bigger and better than ever with features to suit first time beginners, intermediates and beyond! The park is located on Family run, West Mt. and is designed for fun with items that encourage progression and will challenge your skills.

Exciting news for intermediate and advanced level riders, a new park will open in the steamboat area of Mt. Isola during spring!! Come and express your freestyle freedom!

Enjoy powder filled tree runs in Nature Zone!

Experience the joy of skiing natural terrain though the trees in this specially designated area, exceptionally fun and sure to satisfy any powder craving!

 

Daniel Kids Snow Park is now open!

6m-tall Daniel inflatable, Snow Playground, Kids Tubing, Kids Sledding, Kids Trails, Magic Carpet and other play sets. Activity of Kids Snow Rafting (500 yen per once) is newly added in the park this year! Children will love all the play sets and enjoy themselves in the park in supervised safety.
