French Cuisine “Belle Vue” South Wing　[17:00-22:00] French fusion cuisine hosts the flavours of Hokkaido’s produce. An excellent selection of wine and cheese are sure to compliment every dish.	Restaurant “Oktober Fest” North Wing [7:00-9:00, 11:30-14:30, 17:00-21:00] The Buffet menu has a wide range of fresh ingredients from all over Hokkaido. You can enjoy watching our chef cook tempura, skewers, roasted meat and fish right in front of you.
Buffet at Crescent Hall – Viking North Wing　[7:00-9:30, 17:00-21:00] A smorgasbord filled with dishes of splendour this buffet always has a generous spread.	Tea Lounge “Dolce” North Wing　[8:00-17:00] Premium tea and coffee with a delicious range of cakes. Treat yourself and relax in the casual atmosphere while taking in the view through the floor to ceiling windows.

Chinese Restaurant “Kanten” North Wing　[7:00-9:30, 17:00-22:00] Traditional Chinese favourites such as Sichuan style cuisine and Shark fin soup are combined in sensational harmony with seasonal ingredients from Hokkaido to bring the tastes of China to Rusutsu. Only operate in Winter season!	Japanese Restaurant “Sekkatei” North Wing　[7:00-10:00, 17:00-22:00] All the Japanese favourites are served here, each enriched with fresh seasonal produce. Relax in a casual atmosphere where you will be able to experience the classic tastes of dishes such as Sushi and Nabe (Japanese hot pot). Only operate in Winter season!
Steak & Hamburger Restaurant “Shiki” South Wing　[17:00-22:00] Serving the best steaks and Japanese style hamburger patties made from 100% beef, pan fried and grilled to be succulent and tender. Be sure to also try the fresh Hokkaido seafood or chicken dishes. Only operate in Winter season!

Sports Pub “Cricket” South Wing [11:30-15:00, 17:00-22:30] Happy Hour [17:00-18:00 until Mar 31] Everyone is welcome to visit our English style pub where you will find a good selection of local and imported beer. Have a drink and try our special Rusutsu Kogen Pork Curry while watching some great sports action or the brilliance of the illumination of Stardust Avenue.

Make sure you treat yourself to one of the irresistible cakes, home-made by the hotel chefs.
