There are plenty of local specialities with vegetables harvested from the surrounding Mt. Yotei area and our very own special Rusutsu Kogen Pork giving you the most flavourful dishes. Seafood is delivered daily from nearby Toyoura Port with which our chefs create dishes of the highest quality.
Watch our skilled chefs utilise these fresh ingredients as they prepare Sashimi and tempura dishes. See flames gently lick the grill as other dishes are prepared ready to be served hot. There are always new dishes to experience that the chefs specially prepare for the day.

The hotel chefs will select the best items for you to taste. Enjoy eating the seasonal Queen Crab directly gathered from Abashiri port of Hokkaido.
With our licensed farmers, you can always taste the rice of Nanatsuboshi, it has a great taste that suits all kinds of dishes. We also use local fresh vegetables in our salad bar too.
